These terms govern your use of https://nxt.deals (the “Site”), operated by FXN Holdings. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is an information service. It publishes deals, coupon codes, price comparisons and editorial guides that link to third-party retailers. We do not sell goods, process orders or take payment. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's terms.
2. Prices, deals and accuracy
We check deals before publishing them and display the date each was last verified, but retailers change prices, stock and terms without notice. We do not guarantee that any price, discount, coupon code or availability shown on the Site is current, and the price shown at the retailer's checkout is the one that applies. Coupon codes may carry conditions set by the retailer (minimum spend, regions, product exclusions) that we may not have space to reproduce in full.
3. Affiliate links
Links to retailers are generally affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Full details are in the Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not scrape or bulk-download its content, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, use it to send unsolicited messages, or generate clicks on affiliate links by automated means or with the intent of manufacturing commissions. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The editorial content, design and code of the Site belong to FXN Holdings or its licensors. Retailer names, product names, images and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products and retailers referred to; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the Site.
6. Third-party sites
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, products or services of any third-party site the Site links to. Check the retailer's own terms and privacy policy before you buy.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including loss arising from a price, deal or code that was inaccurate or had expired. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer-protection laws of the EU and UK.
8. Changes
We may update the Site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FXN Holdings is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the country where you live.
