1. Essential (always on)

These do not track you and do not need consent. We set no login, session or advertising cookies of our own.
2. Analytics (with consent)

3. Affiliate tracking (with consent)
When you allow “Affiliate tracking”, we load a script from Takeads that converts retailer links on the page into tracked links. When you then click through to a retailer, the affiliate network sets a cookie on its own domain (for example tatrck.com for Takeads, or the retailer's domain for Amazon Associates) so that a purchase can be attributed to us. Those cookies are governed by the network's policy; typical lifetimes range from 24 hours (Amazon) to 30 days.
If you decline, links still work: they go through our own /go/ redirect, which may resolve to an affiliate link on the server without placing any script or cookie in your browser. The network may still set a cookie on its own domain when you arrive there; that is outside our site and subject to the network's own consent handling.
4. How to change your choice
- Use in the footer to update your preferences.
- Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop the banner from remembering your choice.
- Opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on.
