This policy explains what personal data FXN Holdings (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://nxt.deals, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. The site is available worldwide; we apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 as they apply to you.
1. Data we collect
- Server logs. Our web server records the IP address, requested URL, time, referring page and browser user-agent of each request, for security and to keep the site running. Logs are rotated and deleted after 30 days.
- Outbound click records. When you use a “Get deal” or similar link, we record the time, the destination, the page you came from, and the country reported by our network provider. We deliberately do not store your IP address, user-agent, or any identifier with this record.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, chosen topic and message, stored so we can reply. Kept for 12 months after the last correspondence.
- Cookie preferences. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
- Analytics. Only if you consent: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, used to see which pages are useful. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not require an account, do not process payments, and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
2. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Running and securing the site, and measuring which content works: our legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against yours.
- Answering your message: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent given on the form.
- Analytics and affiliate-tracking cookies: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy rules), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
3. Who receives data
- Hosting. The site runs on servers we control. Static assets may be delivered through a content delivery network.
- Affiliate networks. When you click a retailer link, you leave our site and the network (Takeads, Amazon Associates, Impact, Awin, eBay Partner Network or the retailer's own programme) processes your visit under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregated commission reports, not your identity.
- Google Analytics (with consent), operated by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.
- Email delivery for contact-form notifications (Brevo).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are outside the EEA, UK or Australia. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Retention
Server logs: 30 days. Click records: 24 months, in aggregate form thereafter. Contact messages: 12 months after the last reply. Analytics: 14 months (Google's default), where consented.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. California residents additionally have the right to know, delete and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information, and affiliate-tracking cookies load only with your opt-in consent. Australian residents may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; EU/UK residents to their supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, write to contact@nxt.deals or use the contact form with the topic “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to servers and to contact messages is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
