At NXT.DEALS we ship across Europe through a network of trusted carriers. This page explains how and when your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times, shipping costs and tracking. If you have any questions, contact us at legal@nxt.deals.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During sales periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of dispatch and are indicative, not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and destination:

  • Estonia & Baltics: 2–5 business days
  • Western & Central Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Southern & Eastern Europe: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of Europe / remote areas: 5–12 business days

Larger or heavier items, and items shipped directly from a supplier, may take longer. The estimated delivery window for your destination is shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight and dimensions of the items in your basket. The exact shipping cost is always shown before you confirm and pay for your order, so there are no surprises.

Carriers & Tracking

We work with established carriers such as DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS and national postal services, selected according to your destination and the size of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number (where available) so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay and there are no additional customs charges. For any deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or if part of your order is missing, contact us at legal@nxt.deals within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will put it right. For returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
